On Thursday, October 6, at 10:00 am, the House Small Business Committee Subcommittee on Contracting and Workforce held a hearing entitled Subpar Subcontracting: Challenges for Small Businesses Contractors. The hearing took place in Room 2360 of the Rayburn House Office Building.

In both cases, the Subcommittee examined whether the underlying computer systems -- ESRS and FSRS -- are failing to adequately address compliance and fraud issues.
